I know that this is alto like 'The smile project' post I did a few weeks ago, but I thought because a lot of people suffer will stress, panic attacks or sometimes just get a little stressed I thought I would make a post on how to deal with stress!
Relaxing yourself!
Okay. So the first thing I would defiantly recommend would be to take yourself away from what you are doing and try to distract yourself from the reason you are stressed. Just take a deep breath and relax yourself. If you deal will stress on a daily basis, but not as far as panic attacks, then it might be better to go to bed earlier to get more sleep. Maybe ask for a hug, or if you feel like you have nobody to talk to, talk to a teacher or your parents about it because not only will they be able to cheer you up but they can also help you with the situation you are in. Try and smile as well, that would probably be my main point. See the glass as half full, NOT half empty and focus on the high points in life, not the low ones. |
